Description:

The Associate of Arts in Communication degree offered by ITT online provides enrolled students with the understanding on developing influential communications. They also learn the role of the media as an influence in society.

Graduates of this program will understand the communication processes for information resources, news presentation and delivery of broadcasts and their influences on the audience. They will also learn to properly assess information sources and develop information strategies.

Graduates of this program are often employed in the news gathering industry as well as in advertising industries in a variety of media settings. They will be prepared to understand the culture of journalism in addition to the standards of professionalism.

The program can be completed in as little as 18 months.
